Behind the Scenes at Sydney's famous NYE Fireworks
Sydney New Year’s Eve is one of the largest annual celebrations in the world, attracting over one million spectators along the Sydney Harbour foreshore and a global audience of more than one billion. It is Australia’s largest public event and features one of the most technologically advanced fireworks, lighting and projection displays in the world.
AAP partnered with City of Sydney to deliver high quality still images of the 9pm and 12am firework displays as well as a detailed brief covering all aspects of the event. AAP's images were filed via Bespoke along with the City's own photos and were used for both live and post-event media and marketing usage by City of Sydney.

· 1 x on-site roaming support
"The standard of photography and its delivery were excellent across all aspects of the brief. The functionality of the Bespoke website and our ability to leverage it for our photographers exceeded expectations"
"All communication from AAP has been extremely prompt, cordial and cooperative throughout the duration of the process and contract negotiations"
Will Jones, City of Sydney NYE Photography Contract Manager
AAP successfully delivered over 800 high-quality commercial images, selected by our Head of Photography and filed to Bespoke galleries in 'real time'. View our highlights here.
The high quality images that were filed for City of Sydney were distinguished from traditional event imagery by their visual impact and speed of delivery.
These images attained a strong global reach, with publishers such as the UK Telegraph, New York News, World News, Arab News and Hindu Times showcasing our brilliant imagery.
